About Us at CD Chapbooks
It is our hope that CD Chapbooks will contribute to the growing market in alternative resource media. The use of trees for pulp in order to make paper has grown to a staggering 250 thousand tons of paper and paper products every day in the United States alone.
Recycling works, but only a limited number of times before the pulp spreads too thin, and then the production of books, magazines and newspapers, now in the billions each year, has readily increased beyond the ability of recycled materials to supply the demand. The future demands that we find new ways of reading and enjoy works of literature, and CD Chapbooks' gold archival CDs, now the gold standard of the industry, not only save trees, but last as long as the 300 year old Douglas Firs we are trying to save. Isn’t it time we found a way to enjoy the past and future worlds of poetry and literature without damaging the world out of which they are inspired?
This CD is designed to be viewer friendly and make your reading and appreciation of poetry more enjoyable.
